Product · Follow-up
Nothing forgotten.
Leads you aren't working on still have a place, and a way back.
Later

Move a lead to Later and stop thinking about it.
- Back in Now after 14 days. You can change the number.
- Imported leads start here too.
Appointments
Book it. Afterwards, Tiqqie asks how it went.
Booked leads wait in Appointments until the day comes.
- One day at a time, in your time zone.
- Completed, or back to Now to follow up.
Done, or not a fit
Finished jobs go to Completed. Leads you aren't pursuing go to Archive. Both keep their history, and you can bring them back.
